I am a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Life Coach, and QTT Practitioner, trained through Blacksmith Training. NLP is a powerful approach to personal development that focuses on the connection between our thoughts, language, and behaviors. By understanding and reshaping these patterns, we can create lasting change in how we think, feel, and perform.

Through one-on-one coaching, I help clients identify and rewire subconscious patterns that may be holding them back—allowing them to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and consistency.
