Meet Juli Anne Mosnes
As a nationally certified personal trainer and strength & conditioning specialist with over a decade of experience, I have extensive experience and passion in helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
With a background in psychology and exercise science, I combine science-backed training methods with an understanding of motivation and behavior change to help my clients build sustainable habits and reach their fitness goals—whether that’s improving performance, increasing strength, recovering from injury, or simply feeling more confident in their bodies.
My Approach
My training style is rooted in functional movement, progressive strength training, and injury prevention. I believe that fitness should be challenging but achievable, structured but fun—and most importantly, it should support your life outside the gym.
I meet clients where they are and help them build from there, offering personalized programming, expert coaching, and accountability every step of the way.
